INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

RISE aims to accelerate the process of learning fundamental technique to enhance player creativity while encouraging competent decision making during matches. At RISE, individual programs are tailored to player needs while integrating the use of SMART Goals as a way to centralise the Player's learning. Goal-setting is a core component of our blended and personalized approach, providing Players with more transparency and ownership of what they're learning during and outside training sessions. 

 

All our RISE Programs focus on the following areas; 

  • Close Ball Control/Ball Mastery

  • First Touch

  • Dribbling

  • Striking the Ball (different passing techniques, finishing, crossing, heading) 

  • 1v1 Defending and Attacking

  • Positional Awareness

  • Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination

  • Confidence + Helping the Player overcome Psychological Barriers
