The Complete Footballer Program
The Complete Footballer 1-to-1 Program is an individualised program designed for the player at a holistic level. The player will receive;
- 10x Highly Intense Sessions
- Technique correction/improving on weaknesses and a platform to further build strengths
- Opportunity to improve the tactical side of the game
- A "Player Profile" which provides the player with their progress against our RFA Curriculum.
- Fitness Testing - placed against Australian based norms
- Goal Setting (SMART Goals)
- RFA Mobility Stretching Routine
- Healthy Eating Plan (player discretion)
- Lifetime access: additional resources we create and post on our socials - if you're interested, message us and we are happy to send it through.
The RFA Footballer Program
The RFA Footballer Program is a program where we design 10x individualised sessions based off your positional, technical and tactical needs as a player. This is an add on included in our RFA "Complete Footballer" Program.

The RFA Ready Program
In our Ready Program, players will get to have a feel of what it is like to train with us for 3x 1 hour sessions. In this program we aim to achieve/work towards 1 technical and 1 tactical goal for the player.
Save $10 with this program.
You tell us what you want to work on, and we develop a session for you. Each session is catered for you and the goals you are working towards as a player currently.
